ARC: Adding an addition, pool, outbuilding, fence, or other permanent structure to your lot?

Per the governing documents, you must submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request with the proposed changes or additions. Once received, the committee will review and reply with required changes to your proposal or final approval.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Carter Crossings HOA requires that any fence be constructed of the following materials and styles.
